what will my steed and i receive in our pony parcel?

Pony Parcel carefully curates each month's box with 3 - 4 outstanding equestrian items. You'll find well designed and well loved products centered on the equestrian lifestyle. These might include anything from culinary yummies for your horse to apparel for you.


Are there ANY shipping fees?

No way. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states. Alaska + Hawaii, we charge an extra $7 per month. 


When will i receive my first parcel?  

Parcels will be shipped on the 15th of each month; expect to receive yours within 4 - 5 business days.  


How do the billing + shipping cycles work?  

You can pay for your parcels all at once, or you can subscribe to monthly billing. If you do choose to be billed monthly, you will be charged for your first month once your checkout is completed. To have your first Pony Parcel shipped on the 15th of the month, please subscribe before the 5th. If your subscription is activated after the 5th, expect to receive your first parcel the following month. During December, the subscription deadline is extended through the 14th of the month.  


Can I give pony parcels as gifts?

You bet. When you check out, just check the box that says, "This is a gift." Make sure to provide the correct information for the person you are gifting. We'll send along a personalized note, too!


Do I need to have my own horse to subscribe?

Of course not! Pony Parcel is tailored for every equine enthusiast, whether you ride or spectate, own zero ponies or a barn full of horses. 


I'm moving! can you update my address?

Definitely. Email us before the 15th of the month at with your new address.  


can i cancel my subscription?

Yes. Simply email us at 30 days before your next parcel ships. We do not cancel or prorate Pony Parcel subscriptions that were paid for in full.
